TEMSA joins the Horizon Europe RESQTOOL Project

  |   Uncategorized

TEMSA is proud to announce its active participation in the RESQTOOL project, a Horizon Europe initiative aimed at transforming the recycling and supply of Critical Raw Materials (CRMs). These materials, including cobalt (Co), tungsten (W), tantalum (Ta), titanium (Ti), and niobium (Nb), are essential for industries such as metal cutting, construction, and advanced manufacturing.

The project focuses on developing sustainable, energy-efficient recycling methods by incorporating agro-industrial bio-based chemicals. RESQTOOL’s innovative approach reduces the environmental impact of resource recovery, aligning with the EU’s climate neutrality goals and fostering a circular economy across Europe.

TEMSA brings almost 40 years of expertise in tungsten carbide manufacturing to the project, contributing both high-quality materials and in-depth technical knowledge. As a leader in the production of tools for wear and cutting applications, TEMSA plays a key role in supporting RESQTOOL’s objectives to reduce Europe’s carbon footprint, improve resource efficiency, and enhance industrial competitiveness.

At TEMSA, sustainability and innovation go hand in hand. By participating in RESQTOOL, we are reaffirming our commitment to excellence while helping to create a greener, more resilient future.

Stay updated with TEMSA as we help shape the future of sustainable manufacturing and resource management.
