New students visit TEMSA to learn about its industrial processes
This week, we were visited by a group of students from the Technical School with which TEMSA has cooperated for many years. These students had the opportunity to visit firsthand the production processes and technology used at TEMSA.
During the tour, the students were guided by different engineers and factory operators, who explained each step. The students were able to explore different production areas, where they closely observed the machines and techniques used for the various processes, from pressing and sintering hard metal to electro-polishing and the dimensional verification process before shipping the tools. The students belong to machining studies, with some of them joining our team at the end of this academic year in a dual school-company learning program.
The visit concluded with a question and answer session, where the students were able to clarify doubts and receive advice on their future career in the sector. This initiative is part of TEMSA’s commitment to its community to offer young people in its environment enriching experiences that complement their academic training and prepare them for the world of work. Undoubtedly, an unforgettable day that inspires the future professionals of the metallurgical sector.
